USING RECYCLABLE FABRICS

ECO FABRICS: Recycled Polyester & Recycled Nylon

Recycled polyester and recycled nylon are sustainable fabrics that represent the future. As we use GRS certified material in our products, Play Gear is good at using them to craft Sports apparels, Life style Apparel, Custom Uniforms towels and bags

All the ECO fabrics used in our clothing are produced with 100% PET recycled polyester and are certified Global Recycled Standard.

This represents a tangible commitment to eco-sustainable production, which translates into a twofold advantage for the environment: producing this fabric requires less water and less energy.

ECO PACKAGING

our commitment to environmental sustainability also extends to the choice of packaging materials used for our products, starting from fully recycled and recyclable plastic bags.

The poly bags in which products come,  are actually made of 100% recycled low density polyethylene which is Global Recycled Standard certified We encourage our customers to replace plastic or nylon bags with recycled paper bags.

Renewable Energy

We have installed solar photovoltaic panels on our factory buildings, allowing us to produce our own renewable energy and limiting our consumption of electricity generated from carbon-emitting fossil fuels. We constantly strive to optimize production schedules, reducing energy consumption

WATER CONSERVATION:

We carefully assess and manage water usage in our manufacturing processes. We actively seek out technologies that promote water efficiency.
